Three kinds of information
Sourced records identify a source and review date. Editorial content is Kolleya’s interpretation or exploration guidance. Demo data is synthetic. These labels accompany records throughout the platform; a sourced label does not mean that every detail has been independently verified.
A clear career hierarchy
Nine fields organise 36 career pathways, including every career example named in the homepage brief. This remains a curated catalogue, not an inventory of every occupation. A pathway describes a direction to explore, and specialisms describe areas of focus within it. Occupation references and progression stages are separate records. A specialism is not a seniority level, and moving into management is not the only way to grow.
Work descriptions are informed by O*NET OnLine and BLS occupational profiles, with adaptations and editorial suggestions by Kolleya. O*NET-SOC 2019 is a US occupational classification, not UAE salary, demand or licensing evidence. The cited occupation may cover a different scope from a Kolleya pathway. For example, the Special Education reference covers elementary-school teachers. ESCO identifiers are supported by the data model; a reviewed ESCO crosswalk has not been populated.
UAE directory coverage
The first registry snapshot contains 159 institution records collected from CAA on 19 September 2026, including historical entries. Active institutions are selected by default. The curated program selection now includes 129 active registry listings. This is not a complete UAE program inventory, and a registry listing does not establish that admissions are open.
What “curriculum reviewed” means
There are 65 career-to-program mapping reviews: 20 based on relevant official curriculum overviews, learning outcomes or course descriptions, and 45 based on registry titles only. The evidence supports only the capabilities named in each review. This is not a full syllabus audit, accreditation decision or university endorsement.
A title-only match is a lead to investigate, not evidence that a program teaches a skill. Older Marketing mappings remain clearly identified as awaiting curriculum review. Confirm admissions, fees, practical experience and current availability directly. Related degrees can support several careers without being dedicated qualifications for each one.
Local entry requirements
Occupation references do not establish professional eligibility in the UAE. Relevant healthcare pathways link separately to the Department of Health’s Unified Professional Qualification Requirements. Requirements depend on the exact professional title, applicant and responsible authority. Other entry sections identify questions to confirm; individual eligibility has not been assessed.
Salary and employment
All 36 pathways include a separately labelled US salary median and employment projection from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, checked on 20 September 2026. The wage observations are from May 2025; projections cover 2025–2035. The exact occupational scope appears with each record. A combined projection can cover more occupations than the salary benchmark. US figures are never converted into UAE estimates.
Fifteen selected UAE salary ranges cover 12 pathways and cite Charterhouse’s 2026 guide. These reflect recruiter market coverage, not a representative census of every employer. They preserve the reported role and seniority, compensation definition and national coverage. Unpublished medians, sample sizes, percentiles and city breakdowns are left empty.
No licensed UAE vacancy feed is connected. UAE market guides are editorial investigation aids: sectors, search terms, work patterns, competition and compensation factors. They do not claim measured demand, skill frequencies or current hiring by named employers. US projected annual openings include replacement needs and are not current job advertisements.
Monthly/annual switches use multiplication or division by 12, clearly labelled as arithmetic equivalents. No exchange-rate conversion is applied. The original Marketing charts remain synthetic and require an explicit choice to show them. Benchmarks are not interpolated into invented career-stage salary ladders.

Scholarships
The initial fictional awards have been retired from the public catalogue where they had not been edited. Three ADU schemes now link to official university pages reviewed on 20 September 2026. A published funding scheme is not a claim that applications are currently open. Deadlines, full continuation conditions and unspecified eligibility are left unconfirmed. Percentage tuition waivers are not converted into invented cash amounts.
Review dates and independence
A review date records when Kolleya checked the cited source; it is not necessarily the date the source was published. The current career and mapping review is dated 20 September 2026. Editors can revise records and evidence through the CMS, with publication controls and history. Sources can change between reviews.
Sponsored records carry a visible sponsorship label. Inclusion does not imply a partnership, ranking advantage, guaranteed admission or employment outcome. No paid placements are included in this edition.
Privacy and accounts
Sign-in uses the Sites platform’s Sign in with ChatGPT flow. Kolleya stores a local profile and assigned roles when you use account or administration features. You can export or delete your local profile in Account. No student data is shared with institutions or advertisers. Newsletter registration requires explicit consent; outbound email is not connected. Security and editorial audit records are separate from the local student profile.
